Eliminating friction in corporate growth.

Companies rarely stall because the strategy was wrong. They stall because the invoice wasn't approved, the contract wasn't filed, and the person who knew the process left in March.

Our Mission

Operational drag is a solved problem. Most companies just solve it too late.

ViralFlux was founded on a simple observation: between roughly 30 and 300 employees, every company accumulates administrative weight faster than it can justify hiring for it.

The work is real — payables, payroll, board packs, onboarding, CRM hygiene — but it arrives in fragments too small for a full-time role and too consequential to leave to whoever has a free afternoon. So it lands on the COO, the office manager, the finance lead, and quietly consumes the hours those people were hired to spend elsewhere.

We take that weight. Not as a staffing agency placing a body, and not as a software vendor handing you another dashboard to maintain, but as an operating team that owns a function end to end and is measured on whether it runs.

Our clients are high-tech startups, mid-sized businesses, law firms and financial institutions — organisations where precision is not optional and confidentiality is a condition of doing business at all.

Core Values

Four commitments we're willing to be judged on.

Precision

A back office is judged on errors, not effort. Every recurring process has a written runbook and a verification step, because "we usually remember" is not a control.

Confidentiality

We see payroll, cap tables and client lists. That access is governed by signed undertakings, least-privilege provisioning and the assumption that discretion is permanent, not contractual.

Agility

Your volume moves with your quarter. Contracted hours move with it — up for a funding round or year-end close, down afterwards, without severance or negotiation.

Transparency

You see the same dashboard we do. Weekly KPIs, open items, SLA performance and anything we got wrong — reported before you have to ask about it.

Leadership Team

The people accountable for your account.

Every client is assigned an executive sponsor from this team. You will know their name, and you can reach them directly.

Our Operators

The difference is who actually does the work.

Outsourcing fails when the person on the other end is a generalist reading a script. Every ViralFlux operator is hired against a specific discipline — payables, HR administration, CRM data — and assigned to a small number of accounts so they learn your business rather than processing tickets from it.

Before an operator touches your systems they complete role-appropriate vetting, sign a project-specific NDA, and shadow your existing process until the runbook they've written matches what you actually do.

  • Hired against a named discipline, not a generic pool
  • Background and reference verification before assignment
  • Signed NDA and confidentiality undertaking per account
  • Limited account load so context is genuinely retained
  • Named backup trained on the same runbook
  • Mandatory annual security and data-protection training
